1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing denary.store or using the Denary app, you agree to these terms of use.

2. Description of Service

Denary is a personal finance management application for iOS with an AI assistant. This website provides information about the app, allows you to subscribe for notifications, and hosts these legal documents.

The app is for personal finance tracking only. AI assistant responses are informational and do not constitute financial advice or recommendations.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

Denary offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

• Denary Pro Monthly — $3.99/month
• Denary Pro Yearly — $29.99/year (includes a 3-day free trial)

Denary Pro includes: unlimited AI assistant messages, chat attachments (photos), voice input, spending heatmap, period comparisons, and AI insights.

Subscription Terms

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when purchasing a subscription

4. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information when registering, using the contact form, or subscribing to our newsletter. You are responsible for the accuracy of entered financial data.

5. Limitation of Liability

Denary is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for financial decisions made based on app data or AI assistant responses. We are not liable for data loss — users should maintain their own financial records.

6. Account Termination

You can delete your account from Settings within the app at any time. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our servers.
