Website: Email address (newsletter subscription), name and email (contact form).

App:

  • Financial data: transactions, accounts, balances, categories, budgets, goals (user-entered)
  • Account info: name, email (at registration)
  • Subscription status (via Apple StoreKit)
  • AI chat messages (sent to server for processing)

2. How We Use Your Information

Website: To send launch notifications (if subscribed) and respond to support inquiries.

App:

  • Display your financial information
  • Provide AI assistant responses based on your financial data
  • Sync data between devices
  • Verify subscriptions with Apple

3. Data Storage

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

On device: Data is stored locally via SwiftData and works offline.

On server: Data is synced to our backend server (Laravel) for multi-device access and AI processing.

AI chat messages are sent to the server for processing and are not stored permanently after response generation.

4. Third-Party Services

  • Apple StoreKit — subscription management and payment processing. Apple does not share your payment details with us.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, all user data is permanently removed from our servers. Local data is cleared from your device upon logout or account deletion.

6. Your Rights

  • Access: View all your data within the app
  • Deletion: Delete your account from Settings — all data is permanently removed
  • Correction: Edit any transaction, account, or budget directly in the app

7. Children's Privacy

Denary is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. Authentication uses secure tokens. On-device data is protected by iOS file-level encryption (Data Protection).
